    here dating back to 17th century. A very small flag shaped like a headstone is over a grave and this is the inscription:
    "John Fitzgerald, nite of glinworth, and his daughter"

  2. If the graveyard is consecrated but no priest will be at the burial, blessed clay is put into the grave. The flat heavy tombstones were put over graves to prevent body-snatchers from taking the bodies. There are four in Coolafancy graveyard.
