(Now left school.)On the night of February 23rd -24th, 1933 a great snow fell. In some places it fell nine feet deep. A lot of sheep were drifted. The next morning every one was surprised to see such a big snow. The snow began falling at five o'clock. It fell first in small heavy flakes. When it began to get dark it began to snow heavily.
People had to go out and dig their sheep out of the snow. There was no School that week. The boys had right sport throwing snow-balls and making snow-men. We were all sorry when a heavy night's rain came and melted the snow.- Collector
