Snow Storms
We all look forward to the snow as the school is closed and we have great fun.
There was a big snow storm here about five years ago It came on 23rd February 1933 When the people in this place got up on the next morning the snow was piled up against the kitchen door and they had to dig (there) their way out with coal-shovels. This snow came very unexpected, and no one had his sheep in. The neighbours came (The ) to help to gather in the sheep. They had dogs that (wol) would scent the sheep under the snow.
