Berr's field:
So called because a man by the name of Berr lived in a house which was situated on the field.
Berr's Brook:
So called because a man by the name of Berr lived in a house which was situated beside a brook.
- Carrignameil: This is the name of the townland in which I live. It gets its name from a large rock situated on the top of this mountain.
