  1. The games I play are, Hide and go seek, Blind mans buff, hand ball, camogie, black button, Little Aly and Bull in the Park.
    Hide-and-go-seek. Any number of girls can play this game. It is played in this manner. Some of the girls go to hide, others wait untill the others have hidden. When the others have hidden they cry "Cu". The other girls then go in search of those who have hidden.
    Blind man's buff.
    It is played by four or five children. A cloth is tied across the eyes of one of the girls whilst the other are hiding. Then the who is blind folded goes in search of those who are hiding.

    It is played by the fireside during the long winter
