  1. There was a man named John Lawler, who lived in Trooperstown. He made a great many poels, one was in praise of the Brennans of Derrybawn, because of there goodness to Saint Kevins Church Brockagh.
    It is not known if any of his family were poets or poetess. He died in march 1929, and is buried in Glendalough old grave yard.
