  1. Thomas Moore was a great poet. These are some of the songs he wrote
    "The Meeting of the Waters" and "By that lake whose gloomy shore" A place in Avoca there is a tree called "Tom Moore's Tree". It is called "Tom Moore's Tree" because he made that poem "The Meeting of the Waters"
    Tom Moore also wrote "The Harp that once through "Tara's Hall" "The Milesians" and many other poems. Another poet was Thomas Davis he wrote the poem of "My Land" " A Nation Once Again" and many others
