  1. There are several seventh sons around this locality.
    The seventh sons cure farsy in horses which cannot be cured by any veterinary surgeons. Almost every get it and some get it twice. The seventh son rubs the swelling and they (a) say a prayer. If they charge the cannot cure another horse. Peter Cummins is the best known in this locality and Nass district.
    There is a cure to stop any sort of bleeding. It is a short prayer. When people are shulling cattle this prayer is very useful. If any of the cattle were in danger of bleeding to death, the men would say the prayer.
    Nine fasting spits to cure ringworms
    A child born after his father's death can cure some mouths by blowing in to the sore mouth three times.
    Lime and salt for sore cuts.
    For warts get a straw and point it and put three knots on it. The wrottener the straw the sooner the wart will decay.
