  1. Almost all farmers have to churn once or twice a week. It is not a difficult task. Some people only churn the cream and others churn all the milk.
    The woman first puts in the milk into the churn. In the Summer she adds cold water and in Winter hot water. Then the churning starts and anyone comes in is supposed to help, as it is an old custom.
