  1. As the old proverb teaches, "If the north wind doth blow we shall have snow," so it is according to the direction the wind blows we have different kinds of weather.
    If the wind is coming from the north we may expect Mr. Snow to spread his white sheet over mountain and vale.
    If the wind is coming from the west we shall have sleet, and if the wind is coming from the south or east we may expect rain.
