There is a stone sticking out of the door about which the following story is told.
One day, the monks were trying to get the stone, up, up to the wall but could not because it was too heavy for them to lift, so Saint Kernoc said "Go - get your dinner and leave it to me." When the monks came back there were Saint Kernocs hand marks on the stone - and it fixed in its place
There is a sod of turf that has the marks of Saint Kernocs knees in it and no matter how much clay is put over it, the sod with the marking is still to be seen next morning.
The stream that comes out of the rock flows up wards instead of down
