    The Death Carriage
    This carriage which was heard until about ten years ago, is supposed to be heard only when someone is going to die either in Back Street or Castle Street. According to the only person who ever saw it this coach rises at the old castle, and goes up Castle Street and down Back Street disappearing again at the castle.
    Local version of how Bloody Bank got its name
    Bloody Bank got its name from a massacre there during the insurrection of 1798.
