the people did not eat late at night and they had no vegetables at that time.
The people used to give tea when they were going to have a big dinner.
Tea was first used in this district about forty / eighty years ago and it was only used on very special occasions.
The first woman in the district who used tea, invited a priest to her house one day and in honor of his visit she brought a quarter pound of tea. She made the tea, stirred the leaves and gave them to the priest, people learned through her mistake the proper way to make tea.
The vessels used before cups became common were bowls and tin cups which were purchased from travelling tinkers.
