  1. There was once a man and he went and he went into the Chapel for devotions. He was tired out and he fell asleep. when the people were all gone out of the Chapel it was locked, but the man was asleep still. Some time later the man woke up and he did not know where he was. He struck a match and saw that he was in the Chapel. He went down to open the door to go home but it was locked. He went back and sat in a seat and commenced to say his prayers. The clock struck twelve, a priest came out on the altar to say Mass. The man said nothing only watched him. Next morning when the Chapel was opened the man told his story to the priest. The priest said, "You come tonight and I will accompany you. They went that night and the same priest came out on the altar to say Mass at....... The priest who was with the other man went up and asked "What was troubling him?: He said that when he was in the world people gave him money to say Masses but he never said them. "Alright", said the priest you may rest in peace. I will say them for you."
