  1. One night about twelve o'clock my father was coming home from Carlow about thirty years ago. He was passing near a grave yard when a funeral passed as he thought. It slowed up and he followed it. When it came to the grave yard gate it stopped. He was going to ask the driver "Who was dead?" when he noticed the driver nor the horses had any heads. This gave him a great shock. When he came home my mother asked him "Why he looked so pale?" He told her the story. The same coach has been seen since about every seven years it appears. It was last seen a year ago.
My father was about thirty six or seven years he would be about sixty four now if alive. He died last year.
