  1. Long ago there was a poor scholar travelling along a road and he came to a farmer's house and asked for a night's lodging. The farmer told him he would give him lodging if he would tell him what God was doing now.
The scholar thought for a while and said that He was making a wheel and that the man that is on the top will be on bottom tomorrow. Why asked the farmer? The scholar told him a man might be a very rich man today and perhaps before tomorrow he would be reduced to a beggar. The farmer said he was right and he gave him the night's lodging.
