  1. The games I play are "hide and go seek", "tig", rounders", "dog in my pocket", "scout", "five corner fool, picking blackberries, heck a bed, London bridges, and colours."
    In Winter we amuse ourselves playing "hide and go seek". Two are sent to hide in a place called a den. The others hide in different places and when they are hidden they all shout. Then the two that were in the den follow the others and the first two that are caught have to follow.
    Nine or ten children play "rounders". They play it with a ball. Half the children go on one side and the other half go on the other side. One goes in the middle and give the ball to the others.
    "Dog in my pocket" is played in Winter. A number of children stand around in a ring. Then another goes around and
