  1. There are many cures around this district. To cure a toothache you would get clay from the grave of a priest who is buried in St. Mullins. His name was Father Daniel Kavanagh. To cure the measles drink sheep saffron. To cure the whooping cough ask the first man you see riding a white horse for a cure and if you did what he told you it would be cured.
    If you had any complaint and visit the Blessed Well in St Mullins and do the pilgrimage you would be cured.
