    Bahanna means the town of the little houses.

    Bahanna means the town of the little houses. For in 1852, 24 families were evicted from their houses by a cruel landlord. Some of the people that were driven from their homes emigrated to America, and made their homes in America. Some of the people died going over, and more died when they landed. Some of their children are well to do in America those days
