  1. A cave runs from the field in Oakley near St. Kieran's Bush, across the Roscrea Road and along to Bellhill. A bullock belonging to Mr. Corcoran got into the cave and was heard bawling in Bellhill. The cave was then closed up at the Oakley side but opening is said to be a stones throw from St. Kieran's bush. It was stopped with bushes.
The cave was very narrow and the bullock could not turn when he got inside.
