    My father gave me seeds to sow.
    The seeds were black, and the ground was white.
    Riddle that until to-morrow night.?
    A newspaper
    (2) As round as an apple,
    As deep as a cup,
    And all the kings horses would not pull it up.?
    A spring well.
    (3) What in Heaven was made by human hand.?
    The wounds in Our Lord.
    (4) As I went out a guttery gap.
    I met my uncle Davy.
    I cut off his head.
    And sucked his blood.
    And left him lying easy.?
    A man drinking a bottle of ale.
    (5) Deep down in the earth is the place of my birth
    What am I.?
