  1. A fairy well is in Robinson's of Ballyclare. It is a big round hole. A big is to be seen on the edge of it. Fairies were supposed to be seen there when Mr. Holmes lived there. Tom Holmes was pulled out of bed one night.
    One night Tom Holmes was supposed to see a fairy. His father said that he felt the bed moving under him. His son told the boys around the place about the fairies.
    One night as they were coming home from the church they saw a black thing with no head on it going into the well.
