  1. Signs of good weather.:
    When the crows fly high
    When you see a brown frog.
    When you see the sheep up on the hills in the morning about five o'clock
    Signs of bad weather:
    When the cat sits with her back to the fire.
    When you see a black frog.
    When you see the horse with its back to the ditch.
    Signs of Storm:
    When the crows fly low.
    When clouds move quickly across the sky.
    When the cock crows after twelve o'clock it is the sign of a good day.
    When the rainbow shows itself on the sky with its colours green, red and blue. It is the sign that we will have showers.
    If it does not rain after three o'clock it is said we will have a
