  1. 1. It is said when a baby is being baptised, if it cries when the priest is pouring the water on its head, it can never drink and it will always be crying.
    2. If a child is born with a crooked finger, it is said that the child has a charm of some kind.
    3. It is also said, that when a baby girl is born with a birth-mark on her forehead. That will be a rich and a lucky child.
    4. If a person is born at night he will always see ghosts.
    5. If a child does not cry when it is being baptized, it will not be a long liver.
    6. If people go to get a child christened and they see a man with no hair on his head, it is a sign that the child will live as long as its hair stays
