  1. The Fairies
    One night my grandmother was going to her brother's house in Aughinacabe. As she was passing by a little hollow, she saw about ten little men playing hurling. Each one of them was dressed in a little green coat and a red cap on his head and a pair of green shoes on his feet. She wasn't afraid of them.
    When she was coming home, they were there again and she heard each one of them say "A ball and a hurl for me, and ball and a hurl for me." She said she didn't mind them for fear they would take her away with them.
