    We also make tops. We make them out off a spool when the thread is gone off it. We pare one end of it with a knife, and put a spike in it. Then the children make a whip out of a stick and a piece of twine. They whip them in spring.

  2. Our Local Patron Saint

    Our Local patron Saint is Saint Carthage. The people had great love and respect for him. The ruins of the church is there to be seen still. Saint Carthage built it a long time ago. It is in the hands of the Protestants now, and they enlarged it.
