  1. One time a man was coming on a journey. he thought he heard some one churning. He was wishing for a drink of butter-milk and when he was coming home there was a mug of butter-milk left on the side of the road. He was afraid to touch it and when he went to bed that night he died because the fairies were vexed the he would not drink their buttermilk.
