    The Big Moor: Because it is a big moor.
    The Burned Moor: It got it's name because heather and heath was burned off it.
    The Soldiers Field: It got it's name because the soldiers used be in it.
    Fairfield:
    The Scrubhill Field: Because long ago it was a scrub.
