- (continued from previous page)pair would go home on a side car from the wedding ceremony and a man sitting upon deck driving them. People would race after them and cheer them home.
- Sometimes the married pair would go for a long drive and they would have musicians on each car for playing music. When all the other people would see them passing by they would all rush out of their houses and throw an old boot or shoe after them for good luck. They would all return home about six o'clock in the evening and have their tea.
