    Ballyneal is a village about three miles on the north side of Carrick - on -Suir in the County Tipperary. Very near the village, on the Clonmel road, there is an iron gate opposite to Mr. Donovan's quarry, on Mr. Donovan's farm, and on your right, inside that gate is situated Lobby Cullinan which is probably a corruption of leabaidh Cullinan or Cullinan's Bed. it is locally known as the Angel's Bed.
    It consists of ten cubical stones. These stones are brown in colour and nearly flat. Four of them are parallel to each other and each of them
