When ducking they put an apple in a big tub of water and one by one each person puts down her head in the tub and they try to catch the apple in her mouth. Another played is by hanging an apple out of the roof of the house and trying to take a bite out of it with the teeth.

On St. Patrick Day the people wear shamrock in honour of St. Patrick.
On Easter Sunday morning some people get up very early to see the sun dancing
It is said that you must be up at six o'clock inn order to see it dancing. On May Eve the people put up a bush someplace about the house and dress it up with fancy ribbons and egg shells. This bush is called a May-bush. It is said that the fairies dance around(continues on next page) - Collector
