- John and Patrick Larkin were cobblers and brogue makers by trade. They lived in a neat thatched house. As all the old houses were made of mud this one was beyond repairs and fell some time after their deaths. They lived in Moneytucker, Enniscorthy. They were known throughout the County for their fair dealings and good boots. The boots were heavy and worn for farm work.
