  1. There is a cave in one of Mr
    Hickey's fields in which there is
    said to be money buried.
    One time some men went down
    in it, and they found bones,
    but they could not get any
    money.
    On another occasion ten men
    came from the White mountain.
    to look for the money, and
    Whitney, the owner of the place
    at that time, followed them to
    McCabe's and searched everyone of them.
    Mr Whitney was a protestant,
    and when he was living at Hickey's noise was often heard in it.
    When Hickey's came to live in it they got it blessed and the
