One night there was a man be the name of Joseph Doyle comin home from ramblin' from Shelin.

    It was a bright night.
He pulled into a gate to light his pipe
All the sudden he heard noise, an' when he looked up he saw a funeral passin'. He was hard set to go home, because he got such a fright.
Then next day he tould another man about it, and he tould him, that he often heard tell of that before whatever kind of a wan it was. It is said that it was a dead funeral.
