There was a certain man going home from Adamstown, and he met a girl coming down the Leap road one night.

The girl was often met by people before, and she used never speak to anyone.
This man said he would maker her speak to home. She was just at him, and he said to her "Good night," and she did not speak to him.
He said to her :I will make you speak," He went over to her, and he was going to strike her, and she spit a ball of fur at him.
The man went home, and he died a few days after.
