  1. I got this story from Jim Redmond. Raheen. This story is about a man who lived in Boolabawn named Jack Doyle. He had a very big farm and in one of his fields there was hidden treasure. One night as he was coming home from playing cards.
He saw a light in the top of this field. He went up to see what the light was and found it was a ball of fire. It went into the Corner where the Gold was and disappeared. Next morning early he got up and got spade and started digging and after a short time he found a big bag of gold. He lived happy ever afterwards.
