  1. Some of the names of Blessed Wells, St. Aiden's well in Ferns, St. Brigid's well in Brides Well, St. Mary's well in Kiltilly, St. David's well in Oyelgate, and At. Aiden's well in Knockanure. There is one certain day which people go to St. Aiden's Well and pray there. A woman had a sprained ankle and she went on that day and prayed there and rubbed her foot with the water and was cured.
    There is a Holy Well in the middle of Slieve Buidhe, which is dedicated to St. Anne. People never go to it now.
