  1. There is an old Rath in Mr Kavanagh's field, it is circular in shape, and it is a dobled ringed Rath. With the ruins of an old house in the middle of it. When you are standing in it you can see the Rath in Mr. McCrea's field. There is a three in the middle of it, there is also an entrance hole in it, but no one entered.
    The Nemedians are supposed to have built it. The danes are also connected with it. There is supposed to be fairies around this Rath. A cock is heard in it every night. Mr Ryan went to plough the Rath but the plough flew off the ground. Music is also heard in it.
