   Tom Ryan who is a great mower is now in Curragraigue. He walked from Kiltealy to Dublin with his sythe upon his shoulder to mow the harvest. He is about ninty one years of age.
   Pat Kelly who resided at Rafters of Shroughmore made pikes in the Black and Tan time.
   Pat Mc Lean who was a hero in Gaelic Games. He played with a mighty team from the district of Ballindaggin. He played against a team called the "Whites and Blues" from Wexford town in the year 1895. There was a man on the team called the Michael of Hell". Pat was the best and the smallest of them all, but he won the game.
