    This story was told by Betty Sullivan Kilanerin in Kilanerin school and she heard it from her father
    Just a mile and a half from the village of Kilanerin there is a place where ghosts are supposed to be seen.
    The place is called Tomcoyle and at it there is a cross-roads.
    A man was passing by this place one night and saw men on horses going round and round the field.
    The story is told how a man was being executed in this place.
    While the execution was going on it said that men on horses rode round the field so as to prevent people looking on
