    Money is supposed to be hidden in Mr P Dempsey's bog of The Folly, Oulart, Gorey, Co Wexford. It is now called the "Money Hole". The money was hidden there in the year 1798. It is unknown who hid it and why. It is believed that at the end of '98 a crowd of young heroes decided to dig the money hole. When they had dug three or four feet down they came to a large flag and just as they were trying to raise the flag a roaring bull was seen coming out of a hedge near by. On seeing the bull, the men rushed home for their lives and never again ventured to go near the money hole.
