  2. During the time when there was an order that all dogs should be muzzled, a policeman came up behind a man who was walking along the Kilgarvan road and asked him why his dog was not muzzled.
    The man looked around at the dog, that was a short distance away, and replied; "The dog is not mine."
    "But he is runing after you" protested the policeman
    "So were you" answered the man, "and you don't belong to me."
