    O my God, I love and adore thee
    I give Thee thanks with my whole
    heart for all thy blessings
    Especially for having protected me so
    mercifully during the night.
    O Jesus keep me in Thy hands this
    day.
    Mary, Holy, Virgin Mary I take shelter
    under thy protecting mantle and do
    thou! Heavenly Father help me for the
    sake of Jesus and Mary my guardian
    Angel help me by thy Holy prayer.
    O my Lord I will strive is to avoid this sin (name it) above all others and to be on my guard against this dangerous occasion (name it),
    To thee, my God I offer all that I may and suffer during the day which
