    Marsh-mallows to make ointment to heal all sorts of sores. Pennycups go with marsh-mallows to make the ointment.
    Comfery for all sorts of sprains, such as sprained legs, arms or ankles.
    Dandelion leaves were eaten by people to give them a good appetite (delicate people).
    Dreaminleaf was used to stop bleeding.
    Dockleaf was used to take away the sting of a nettle.

    Wart-wort was broken and the juice rubbed to warts to remove them.
