  1. St David's Well is situated near Oyle-gate Village. There was a church there in olden times near the well. It is near the Slaney river. There is ivy growing on old walls near the well. There are statues, medals, pictures, crucifixes, sticks, bandages, crutches etc. If you want to get cured you have to pay three visits and grow go around three times and say some prayers such as the rosary and you have to bring some water home with you and you put it on the affected parts of the body or whatever is to get cured and use it morning and night. The protecting wall is nearly fallen with age.
