  1. There is a blessed well in Rathaspeck
    It is in Johnstown wood about three quarters of a mile from the road.
    A woman is seen sitting beside this well at night. She is very small and is dressed in white with a white apron.
    She appeared to many people passing through that part of the wood. She has also been seen sitting on a stile at the entrance. Some saw her actually crossing the stile and walking down the wood.
    It is a tiny little well hardly noticable at all.
    There is a rise of ground and the mouth of the well is in the side of the rise.
    The water is very low down, it is delicious It is there for many years.
