  1. The Horses
The horses are fastened in the stable with a rope made into a halter, the rope runs throught a staple in the manger with a block on the end of the rope
Some people say when they are given hay to the horses that are foddering the horses.
There was a man named Walker living in Ballymagyr who bought a horse down the country brought him home, and put in the house. There was a hole in the door. That night the horse got his head out through the hole and lifted the door off the hinges and ran home. A man who met him in Killcavan thought it was a ghost and got over the ditch and ran across the fields.
