  1. Hidden Treasure
    In the Rebellion of "Ninety Eight" a crock of gold was supposed to be hidden in Norristown under a sgeough. Two goats kept watch during the night, and when morning came they went to a field near by.
    Two me who lived in Adamstown and who used to draw lime from Rathyork dreamt about the hidden so often that they determined to find it. They dug and dug and after long trying found it. Then the goats disappeared and were never seen again.
