It is worthy of note that the physical features of the Barony of Dunbrody constitute a succession of gentle sloping vallies and rising eminences;
with numerous small streams or rivulets that find a quick exit to their outlets in Waterford Harbour; so that on the main portion of the estate there is nothing in the nature of bog or quagmire.(continues on next page)
