- How it is made,
What was it made with.
Stampy.
The stampy is a very nice cake, witch people sometimes used like to be making it,
The way that they used to make it, first they would get the bread dich (dish) and put the (flower) flour and they get salt and soda and put it into the flour, When they would have that done the cream tartar and put into the flour and put water in on the cream-tartar that is the way the used to wet it. They would put it down on the bake pan, and it would take a half a hour until it be tuned, and a half a hour until it be done and when they would take it would a round cake withe fruit on top of it and very nice.- Bailitheoir
